These terms cover safe use, the included session, the lifetime unlock, and what a speaker-cleaner sound can—and cannot—do.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using EjectTone (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). These terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. Where they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.

The App is provided by Yurii Koshkin in Spain. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

EjectTone generates a controlled, finite sound pattern that may help move trapped water away from the iPhone speaker grille. It also provides a separate reference sound test. The App does not use the microphone, diagnose speaker condition, measure an improvement, repair hardware, waterproof a device, remove dust, increase maximum volume, or prevent damage.

3. Safe use

Keep the iPhone speaker unobstructed and away from your ears during playback.
Disconnect headphones and external audio routes before starting.
Stop immediately if the sound is uncomfortable, distorted, or unexpected.
Do not rely on the App instead of professional inspection or Apple support for a damaged device.
Follow Apple’s guidance for a wet or damaged iPhone and do not charge a device when doing so may be unsafe.

You control the system volume. The App does not set it automatically and does not instruct you to use maximum volume.

4. Included session and lifetime access

A new installation may complete one genuine guided cleaning session without purchase. A stopped, interrupted, or failed attempt should not consume that allowance. The allowance is enforced locally and may reset after reinstalling the App or differ across devices. The sound test remains available separately. After the included cleaning is completed, a verified Lifetime Access purchase is required for future guided cleaning sessions.

5. Lifetime purchase, restoration, and refunds

Lifetime Access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the App’s local guided-cleaning features for the Apple Account used to purchase it, subject to Apple’s restore and availability rules. It does not promise unbounded future online, cloud, AI, or third-party services. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Apple processes all payments and refunds; requests are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple’s rules and applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

Device hardware, iOS behavior, audio routes, interruptions, physical damage, and environmental conditions can affect results. We may fix, change, add, or remove App features, provided this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Results vary and water removal is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, consumer guarantees, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or damage caused by use outside the App’s intended purpose or contrary to the safety guidance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a claim in a court or forum available under the law where you live.
